筷茶的抹茶粉是來自位于浙江長裕茶製作公司，章镇镇泰山村，覆卮山北面，是国家级生态村。现有名优茶种植面积800多亩，其中符合欧盟（EC）和美国（NOP）的有机茶园面积245亩。茶农协会，现有会员61户。于2011年正式加盟于国际公平贸易标签组织(FLO)
浙江長裕茶製品有限公司史經理說：”至今，公平貿易社會發展基金已累積達三十萬人民幣，其中幫助了修整道路，交通更便捷。加入了公平貿易系統後，農民在有機農業田間管理和生活條件也割刀改善，為茶農創造了經濟效益。“

Kuai Tea Matcha Powder comes from Zhejiang Changyu Tea Production Company based in Shaoxing National Eco Village - Taishan. Of the current 800 hectares of tea farm, 245 hectare are certified organic, conforming to EC and Ameican NOP. Since 2011, the Farmer's Association has also acheieved fair trade certification and has 61 members.
Manager Mr Shi from Zhejiang Changyu Tea Production Company said: the social premium for this year has accumulated to 300,000 RMB. It has been used for building better road for the communities. The Fair Trade system helps farmers better knowledge in oragnic farming and to improve living standard conditions.
