沖泡建議：
熱泡：180-200毫升攝氏約95度沸水，沖泡3分鐘
冷泡： 250-330毫升攝氏4-28度可飲用水，沖泡 30-45分鐘
Kuai Tea Puer
Kuai Tea Puer has an earthy aroma, with a strong sweet body and no astringent aftertaste. It is sourced from a farm belonging to the Cangyuan Rai Sai Tea Group based in Lincang, Yunnan, located at 1800m above sea level. In 2011, the tea association is formed and the tea group received Fair Trade certification (FLO) in 2012.
Kuai Tea Puer is the first trader to meet this fairtrade social premium. Every cup of Kuai Tea Puer you taste brings the farmers one step closer to achieving their dream of having fresh water at home.
Brewing Suggestion:
Hot Brew: 180-200ml boiled water in about 95C, brewed for 3 minutes
Cold Brew: 250-330ml safe-to-drink water in 4-25C, brewed for 30-45 minutes
