筷茶英式紅茶香氣濃郁,滋味濃醇,茶源通過歐盟有機認證(IMO)。筷茶英式紅茶來自雲南高原凈土的孟連行健茶園,茶農都是少數民族,包括彜、拉祜、哈尼族人。孟連行健茶園從2008年開始,與中國唯一的世界公平貿易組織會員-丹雲商橋公平貿易有限公司合作,並於2012年初,正式推出公平貿易茶。
沖泡建議:
熱泡:180-200毫升攝氏90-95度沸水,沖泡3分鐘
冷泡: 250-330毫升攝氏4-28度可飲用水,沖泡 30-45分鐘
Kuai Tea English Breakfast
Kuai Tea English Breakfast has a sweet , gentle aroma with no astringency. With IMO organic cerification, the tea is sourced from Xingjian tea farm, located in the unspoiled natural landscape of Menglian, in China‘s Yunnan province, where a majority of the farmers belong to the Yi, Lahu and Hani ethnic groups. In 2008, Xingjian started to collaborate with Danyun Fairtrade Company; the only Chinese member of the World Fair Trade Organisation.
Brewing Suggestion:
Hot Brew: 180-200ml boiled water in 90-95C, brewed for 3 minutes
Cold Brew: 250-330ml safe-to-drink water in 4-25C, brewed for 30-45 minutes
